August Birthday Weekend

 I took Lillian to the American Girl store in Overland Park.  What a fun place!  She picked out matching pajamas for her and Lanie as an early birthday present.

 Lucas had this Jeep taken apart in several stages...we managed to keep all the pieces and he put it back together.

 Early presents....believe me, there were tons more at the waterpark birthday party!

As soon as we found out we had an offer on our house in Guthrie, we made plans for a quick trip to Greenwood, MO. It gave all the cousins time to play together.

When Dad's Away...

On Brent's recent out of town trip, we went to Grammy and Granddad's for a few days. The weather was cool, allowing us to do many things outside that are usually not possible in late July.

Weekend Visit

Last weekend, Lillian and Lucas had the chance to spend a few days with Grammy and Granddad. We had planned this for several weeks and, of course, the weather didn't cooperate. The 3 days they were there it was cold and wet. Finally, Saturday brought nice temperatures.

Lucas and Nathan spent quality time together. It was mostly Lucas "patting" Nathan on the head.

Uncle Ty spent some of his Spring Break hanging out with the kids.

Lillian met and helped with her new pony, Comanche. Lucas rode on a tractor with Brent. I didn't catch any pictures of those events; maybe Grammy will email some of hers.
