Softball

Lillian decided to play softball this year.  It is the first time she has participated in a team sport.  It is also the first time she has swung a bat or caught a ball.  We are so proud of how she blossomed during the season!  She only struck out once in a game; she was the first one on her team to hit a homerun; she frequently hit singles and doubles.  These pictures are from the first away game in Apache.  She played centerfield for the first few games then switched to 1st base for several after that.  She ended the season with time at 3rd base and the outfield.  Overall, it was a great experience that we hope she repeats next year.
